摘要：随着经济的不断发展和改革的不断深化，建筑工程的投资主体出现了多元化的趋势。建筑工程的造价和投资主体有着直接而且密切的关系，建筑工程造价直接关系到整个建筑市场竞争是否规范化，同时和生产率的提高和科技水平的进步也有着一定的关系。我国的建筑业呈现着快速发展的形势，而建筑工程造价的管理却跟不上发展形势，为了更好的适应社会主义市场经济发现的需要，提高建筑工程项目的全过程的管理，就必须合理的规范建筑工程的造价，进而更好的促进建筑业的发展。本文主要阐述了我国建筑工程造价的现状，以及针对目前所存在的问题，提出了规范工程造价的措施。

Abstract: with the development of economy and the deepening of the reform of the, the construction of the main body of investment appeared diversified trend. The cost of construction projects and the main body of investment has a direct and close relationship, the construction project cost directly related to the whole building market competition is standardization, at the same time, and the improvement of productivity and technology level of progress also has a certain relationship. China's construction on the rapid development of the situation, and building engineering cost management but couldn't keep up with development situation, in order to better adapt to the socialist market economy of the need to find, improve the whole process of construction project management, it must reasonable standard architectural engineering cost, and promote the development of construction industry. This paper mainly expounds the present situation of the cost of construction project in China, and the view of the current existing problems, and put forward the measures of standard project cost.

建筑工程造价是指某建设项目有计划的进行固定资产再生产以及产生最少的流动资金的总和，即就是实现某项工程建设所花的所有费用。构成建筑工程造价的主要成分有：购买设置的费用、工程安装费用以及工程建设工其它的费用。科学合理的工程造价对业主和政府都有着积极的作用。
