摘要：建筑业是我国国民经济的支柱，建筑的施工管理是建筑的关键和核心。在新形势下，如何促进建筑施工管理走向规范化、高效化和科学化，这是以个重要课题。随着社会的不断进步，我国建筑业的市场范围正逐渐的扩大，其竞争力也越来越激烈。面对这样的一种关于我国建筑业的严峻的新形势，建筑工程单位要想在新形势下的市场中有一席之地，就必须大力加强对施工技术的管理，因为这是目前新形势条件下的所需。本文详细地概述了如何在新形势下对建筑工程施工进行管理作了一个探讨，并提出目前新形势条件下对施工工作的新要求。关键词：建筑工程；施工管理；创新；安全管理

Abstract: the construction is the pillar of the national economy, building construction management is the key to building and core. In the new situation, how to promote the construction management to standardized, scientific and efficient, it is an important subject.
