摘要：作为国民经济产业的重要组成部分，土木建筑行业在建筑工程整体发展的同时也获得了良好的发展机遇，无论是企业规模还是技术水平都在逐年提升，对专业工程技术人才的需求量也在不断增加。大力发展土木建筑行业，不仅能够收到可观的经济效益回报大大促进国民经济的增长，还能为国家的繁荣富强和人民生活水平的提高奠定良好的基础。不过从目前我国土木建筑工程现状来看，其施工阶段仍存在着一些问题，严重制约着土木建筑工程行业的长久发展。下面作者就结合实际施工经验来简要列举出这些问题并提出相应的解决对策。

Abstract: as the national economy of the industry is an important component of the civil construction industry in the construction engineering overall development and at the same time and also have the good development opportunities, whether enterprise scale or technology in the year after year to ascend, for the professional engineering and technical personnel demand has also increased. To develop civil construction industry, can not only received considerable economic benefit to return to the national economy growth greatly, still can the country prosperous and the improvement of people's living standard lay the good foundation. But from the current situation of our country civil engineering and construction, the construction stage is still exists some problems, constrain the civil engineering and construction industry development for a long time. Below the actual construction experience to briefly enumerate these problems, and put forward corresponding solutions.

自从我国实行改革开放的基本方针以来，市场环境发生了翻天覆地的变化，许多土木建筑企业抓住这一良好机遇不断加快自身发展进程，致使企业规模不断扩大，综合实力也在不断增强。不过与这种欣欣向荣的企业景象恰好相反的是，在土木建筑施工过程中往往会出现各种各样的实际问题影响到工程整体质量安全，如果放任不管极有可能给土木建筑工程基础质量性能造成影响，甚至可能阻碍土木建筑施工企业的稳定发展。因此，我们土木建筑企业要对施工过程中出现的问题进行详细的分析，然后采取有效措施解决这些问题，为土木建筑企业的发展奠定良好的基础。……
