摘要： 随着社会主义市场经济和现代化企业制度的逐步确立，企业文化越来越被企业界所重视，许多大城市的企业文化建设已从浅层的物质文化向深层次的制度文化、精神文化发展，为思想政治工作的加强与改进注入了生机和活力，促进了企业的发展，但目前就企业文化的形式来看，仍然存在着重视程度不够，基础理论薄弱等问题。面向新世纪，高度重视思想政治工作的新载体，加强企业文化建设已经成为企业思想政治工作的重要课题。

随着新世纪经济全球化的进程,我国已进入了一个蓬勃发展的知识经济时代。企业文化建设越来越受到人们的关注和重视,它已成为现代企业最具战略性的管理思想和管理文化,是企业增强核心竞争能力,实现可持续发展的重要方面,成为推动企业提高经济效益的内在动力,企业不可替代的重要资源。正如党的十六大报告指出:“当今世界,文化与经济和政治相互交融,在综合国力竞争中的地位和作用越来越突出。文化的力量,深深融入在民族的生命力、创造力和凝聚力之中。全党同志要深刻认识文化建设的战略意义,推动社会主义文化的发展繁荣。”大力发展企业文化,无疑对加强企业管理,提高职工素质,增强企业凝聚力,加强和改善企业思想政治工作,推动企业“三个文明”建设起到了积极的促进作用。而高度重视思想政治工作,是我们党的优良传统和政治优势,如何在新形势下加强和改善思想政治工作,寻求思想政治工作的新途径、新方法,是企业而临的一项新课题。……
