【摘 要】现代社会，如何建设生态文明社会，构建和谐社会已经成为了赋予了森林资源经营管理工作者的一项新的使命，这种变化趋势同样对森林资源的经营和管理工作提出了较高的要求，这使得使森林资源的经营和管理在整个社会中拥有更加突出和更加显著的作用以及更加繁重的任务。这要求我们要全面加强对于森林资源的管理工作，在实际工作中采取措施按照相关的科学方法严格保护和经营森林资源，提高森林资源的质量，优化森林资源的生态结构，进一步改善生态系统的相关功能，充分满足社会和经济社会的快速发展对于森林资源的多种化需求，进而有效推动整个社会的生态文明建设，进而推动和促进人与自然和谐。

1 森林资源的经营管理工作在现代林业建设中地位
