摘要;城市的规划建设决定着城市居民的生活质量，决定着城市未来发展的方向，城市规划建设是否达到布局合理，生态平衡，是否能够实现人与自然的和谐发展，能否解决人口高度集中和资源高度集聚矛盾等等，都是对我国城市化进程是否成功的重要指标。因此，建设一个兼具科学合理，适宜统一的城市是我们城市规划建设工作者所面临的巨大挑战，在本文中作者首先阐述了我国当前城市规划建设中存在的一些问题，并在此基础上提出几点建议，希望能够为我国城市规划建设事业贡献一份心力。

This article first elaborated our country current city planning and construction in some of the problems, and puts forward some suggestions, hoping to China's city planning and construction of a contribution to the cause.

城市规划建设的含义

城市是社会发展到一定阶段的产物，本身代表的是一个区域，一个民族文化，将各行各业集中起来，不可避免的，作为社会活动主体的人会被集中起来从事经济，政治，金融，贸易，服务等行业。

城市规划建设主要包含两方面的含义，即城市规划和城市建设。所谓城市规划是指根据城市的地理环境，人文条件，经济发展状况等客观条件制定适宜城市整体发展的计划，从而协调城市各方面发展，并进一步对城市的空间布局、土地利用、基础设施建设等进行综合部署和统筹安排的一项具有战略性和综合性工作。所谓城市建设是指政府主体根据规划的内容，有计划地实现能源、交通、通讯、信息网络、园林绿化以及环境保护等基础设施建设，是将城市规划的相关部署切实实现的过程，一个成功的城市建设要求在建设的过程中实现人工与自然完善结合，追求科学与美感的有机统一，实现经济效益、社会效益、环境效益的共赢。……
