【摘要】：随着我国建筑行业发展，建筑工程质量控制暴露出诸多问题，建筑材料管理混乱，检测程序不规范，造成检测数据结果误差较大，影响建筑工程的质量安全。严格管控建筑材料的进场检测，规范建筑施工材料检测项目，做好工程施工全过程的质量控制，并建立健全建筑材料质量检验保证体系，是保障建筑材料检测质量安全的有效措施。

Abstract: With China's construction industry, quality control of construction projects has exposed many problems, chaotic management of building materials and testing procedures are not standardized, resulting in errors of the test data results, affecting the quality and safety of construction projects. Strict control of the approach detection of building materials, specification of construction materials testing projects, good construction quality control, and establish and improve the quality inspection of construction materials guarantee system, effective measures to protect the quality and safety of construction materials testing.Key words: building materials; quality inspection; problems; preventive measures

一、建筑材料质量检测发展现状

近年来，我国建筑行业发展迅速，建筑工程质量越来越受重视。由于建筑工程质量是企业的生存命脉，而建材质量的优劣直接影响整个项目的建设质量，为确保建筑质量的安全，必须对建筑材料质量严格控制。

常用的建筑材料包括钢筋、水泥、砖、砂石 、混凝土等主体材料，和花岗岩、建筑陶瓷、 防水涂料 、粉刷材料等装修材料，其种类较多且用量很大，建材费占整个工程造价的较大比重，而建筑材料长期在室外承受风吹、日晒、雨淋、磨损、腐蚀等会引起性能变化，造成资源浪费。另外，在当前，我国的建筑材料质量控制暴露出诸多问题，严重影响建筑工程的质量和安全生产。

因此，为有效节约建筑材料和发展科学技术，并确保建筑质量的安全，应采取一系列措施，做好建筑材料的质量检验与控制工作。

二、建筑材料质量检测的程序与方法

为保证建筑材料质量，需要对原材料、半成品、成品的质量进行监控，材料的取样程序要合理，材料检测数据结果必须真实准确[1]。……
