[摘要] 目的 探讨四君子汤对孕期脾虚型体质干预防治妊娠高血压的临床疗效。 方法 选择100例于笔者所在医院就诊的脾胃气虚者采用随机对照临床试验的研究方法，随机分为两组，每组50例，其中干预组50例服用四君子汤14 d为1个疗程，共3个疗程；另50例为对照组，不予任何药物处理。观察两组出现妊娠高血压疾病的人数、发病时孕周、临床表现、体征及相关实验室检查结果。 结果 干预组50例中出现妊娠高血压疾病的人数明显少于对照组，并且患病时间晚于对照组，其发病人数及时间经统计学处理，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），干预组临床表现及体征均轻于对照组。 结论 脾虚型体质孕妇通过服用四君子汤调理，可以降低妊娠高血压疾病的发生率，对于脾虚型体质防治妊娠高血压具有较好的临床疗效。

The clinical research of Sijunzi decoction for pregnancy prevention and control of the spleen deficiency physical intervention with hypertension

[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of Sijunzi decoction for pregnancy prevention and control of the spleen deficiency physical intervention with hypertension. Methods Used the research methods of randomized controlled trials, divided 100 patients with spleen deficiency in our hospital into two groups, each group of 50 patients. 50 patients of intervention group took sijunzi decoction, 14 days one period of treatment,last 3 course.The 50 patients of control group treatmented with no drug. Watched the patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension, when the number of disease of gestational age at, clinical manifestation, signs and related laboratory results of the two groups. Results The 50 patients with hypertension diseases obviously of intervention group less than the number of control group, and sick time later than the control group, the number of time and compared the statistics processing are significant difference (P＜0.05), clinical manifestations intervention group signs ware lighter than the control group. Conclusion The spleen deficiency in pregnancy type physical pregnant women by taking Sijunzi decoction regulate, reduce the incidence of disease with hypertension, for prevention and control of the spleen deficiency constitution with hypertension has good clinical curative effect.

妊娠高血压综合征（简称妊高征）是妇女在妊娠期特有的疾病，是由妊娠引发的一系列症候群，其病情多由轻变重，为孕产妇死亡的主要原因之一，并可致胎儿宫内窘迫或死亡，占全部孕妇的7%左右[1]，严重威胁妊娠期女性的身体健康。本研究收集从确认早孕开始，定期于笔者所在医院产科门诊产检且孕20周前行体质辨证为脾胃气虚者100例，应用四君子汤进行干预，探讨四君子汤对孕期脾虚型体质干预防治妊娠高血压的临床疗效，现报道如下。……
