摘要：公路桥梁是公路工程的重要组成部分，其质量好坏影响到整条公路通行的顺畅。影响桥梁质量的因素很多，施工过程无疑是关键之一。桥梁施工对专业技术要求高，施工时可能因为一些环节的疏忽，就造成质量问题。解决问题，首先要发现问题。施工中存在哪些问题，如何解决这些问题，本文下面对其进行了探讨。

Abstract: highway bridge is an important part of highway engineering, the influence of good quality to the whole of the highway traffic flow smoothly. Many factors influence the quality of the bridge, the construction process is undoubtedly one of the key. Bridge construction for the professional high technical requirements and construction, because some of the link may negligence, causing the quality problem. To solve the problem, we must first find out the problem. What are the problems existing in the construction, how to solve these problems, this paper probes into the next face.

1桥梁施工中的问题及危害

1.1管理问题

管理问题[1][2][3]主要有以下两个方面：

a、施工操作不规范。表现在：（1）混凝土配合比不准确，凭经验或大概；水灰比过大。（2）浇筑灌浆操作不合理，振捣不足或局部振捣过度，或一次灌浆太厚，整体不均匀，局部骨料下沉。（3）从搅拌到浇筑的时间过长，混凝土发生离析。（4）模板精度不够，或周转次数多，局部鼓出或漏浆。（5）支架下沉、脱模过早，造成不均匀下沉。（6）接头部位处理不好，造成新旧混凝土结合差。（7）养护不合理，时间短或不到位；大体积混凝土浇筑未考虑水化热问题；冬季施工未采取防冻措施。

b、原材料进场控制不严，保管不善。表现在：（1）水泥标号低，放置时间久，受潮。（2）骨料质量差，含泥量超标；使用反应性或风化骨料；骨料不经过检验。（3）骨料级配不合理，选料单一。（4）钢筋不合格，不做严格检测。

这些问题的危害很明显。混凝土强度不够，易产生有害的裂缝、蜂窝、麻面和气泡等质量缺陷；钢筋混凝土强度差，或局部钢筋暴露，易腐蚀，不耐久；……
