〔摘 要〕技术接受模型是解释和预测人们对信息技术接受程度的基础理论。本文主要对近年来国外技术接受的研究进行系统性总结分析。首先总结了技术接受模型的不同应用领域和不同用户群体对技术接受的影响；接着综述了技术接受模型中关键变量之间的关系，对感知有用性和感知易用性的测量，以及影响感知有用性和感知易用性的外部因素。最后指出了现有研究的不足以及今后研究的方向。

〔Ａｂｓｔｒａｃｔ〕The technology acceptance model is the basic to explain and predict the acceptance of end users towards information technology.This paper systematically summaried the recent international research of technology acceptance models.First,the influence of different information technology and the end users was summarized;then,concluded the relationship of critical concepts in the TAM,the measurement of PE and PEOU and their influencing factors.The shortcomings and the research directions of TAM were put forward in the end.

技术接受模型（Technology acceptance model，TAM）是目前信息系统研究领域中最优秀的技术接受理论之一，由于其模型结构简单和各种实证研究对其价值的证实，技术接受模型被广泛应用于研究对各种信息技术的接受［１］。例如，从办公自动化系统到搜索系统、数字图书馆，从对各种开发框架、开放资源的使用到对各种管理系统，以及最近几年来出现的在线学习系统、ERP以及各种娱乐系统，技术接受模型的应用范围越来越广。

然而对于不同的用户群体及其不同的信息技术，TAM的表现形式、影响因素及其预测效果差别很大［２］。而且在这些模型之中，结构变量关系以及得出的结论并不一致(e.g.,Lee et al.,2003；Legris et al.,2003)。因此，需要对这些研究做系统的分析。基于此，本文就技术接受研究概况以及不同研究环境下的主要影响因素、变量做全面的比较分析，最后做简要总结，并指出研究的不足及今后相关领域进一步研究的方向，为以后的研究提供借鉴、参考的价值。……
