摘 要 汽车材料与金属加工是汽车运用与维修专业的一门专业基础课程，易被学生忽视，但作为学习专业课程的一门必修课，是学好专业的重要一环。本文站在教学第一线的高度，有针对性地就学生心理，全面剖析了汽车材料与金属加工这门课程教材内容的讲解要领，从教学的角度提供了一个教学思路。

Ideas on Teaching Methods ofAutomobile Material and Metal Processing

Abstract Automotive materials and metal processing is a professional foundation course of vehicle use and maintenance professional , would be easily ignored by students, but as a compulsory subject of study and professional courses, is an important part of learning professional. This article standing at the height of the first line of the teaching on students' mental, comprehensive analysis of automotive materials and metal processing the content of the course materials to explain the essentials to provide a teaching idea from the perspective of teaching.

一座摩天大楼矗立需要有坚实的基础，同样的，学好专业课也需要有一个扎实的基础，因为专业基础课是专业课中重要的一环，它是以文化课为基础，主要为专业课服务的基础课程。汽车材料与金属加工（以下简称《材料》）就是这样一门专业基础课程。这个基础打得好坏，会在学习专业课程和实训操作中产生很大影响。如何教好《材料》，关键是要吸取课程的精髓，笔者认为应从以下几方面入手。

1 重要性

技工学生学习的课程具有很大的实用性，直接为生产实际服务，那么，《材料》的设置有什么用途和实际意义呢？这也是许多学生在学习过程中很自然反映出来的问题，这个问题的答案直接关系到学生学习的兴趣，所以在讲授和学习各章节中要始终把这个问题提到一个很重要的高度来认识。

《材料》是汽车维修专业必修的专业基础课，是学习汽车修理专业课前必须要掌握的一门知识，是学习汽车修理、汽车运用等专业课重要的铺垫，就象数学、物理是其它基础学科的基础一样。……
