摘 要 “双元制”是世界公认和借鉴的职业教育模式，并对世界各国职业教育产生了积极的影响，我国目前正是职业教育发展的关键时期，借鉴“双元制”职教模式必需考虑到现实情况，要充分吸收其精华，构建符合中国国情的职业教育模式。

Abstract "Dual system" is recognized worldwide and draw mode of vocational education, and vocational education has had a positive impact on the world, now is the critical period for the development of vocational education in China, drawing on the "dual system" mode of vocational education must take into account the realities, to fully absorb the essence and construction mode of vocational education in line with China's national conditions.

1 我国职业教育现状

近年来，我国职业教育发展面临着很大的困难，首先表现为职业教育生源人数减少，而且质量偏低，职业学校的吸引力逐年下降。其次是职业学校毕业生的职业岗位下移。再次，很多职业学校的专业与社会需求严重脱节，教学设备陈旧，教学方法落后，无法培养出社会所需要的高技能的专业技术人才。这一切都表明了职业教育的改革已经势在必行。

2 德国双元制的含义及其特点

“双元制”是由深度融合的职业学校和企业共同完成的一种职业教育培训体制，是战后德国经济腾飞的最重要因素。双元制教育模式是指学生在职业学校接受专业理论和普通文化知识教育，在企业接受实际操作技能培训，类似于我国“工学交替”、“产学结合”模式，但其优势在于校企的深度合作，不仅是“工学交替”，而且有课程体系、人才培养方案、培养目标、弹性学制等都是校企双方共同制定。接受“双元制”职业教育的学生都要先与培训企业签订培训合同，然后到职业学校注册学习，才正式成为“双元制”学员。……
