摘要：施工项目管理是指企业或行政单位，通过具体的、实际的、科学的方法对施工项目进行设计、指导、督办、监管等全部施工过程的管理。随着经济发展的多样化，对施工项目管理技术的要求越来越大，同时也愈加需要执行施工项目管理技术的优秀人才即项目经理。项目经理的主要工作核心是对项目成本的管理和对项目质量及施工安全的监督。

Abstract: the construction project management is to show enterprise or administrative units, through the concrete, practical, and the scientific method of the construction project design, guidance, supervision and regulation to wait all the construction of management. With the development of economic diversity, to the requirements of the construction project management technology is more and more big, also increasingly need execution in construction project management technology talents that project manager. The project manager of the main work of the project cost is the key of the management and the quality of projects and construction safety supervision.

施工项目管理是指企业或行政单位，通过具体的、实际的、科学的方法对施工项目进行设计、指导、督办、监管等全部施工过程的管理。是一项职能较为多样化，运作较为复杂化的活动。随着时代的发展传统的管理技术已经不足以应对经济发展的多样化和复杂化。因此对优秀人才的引进，对先进管理技术的学习已经成了各企事业单位所面临的共同性的以及严重性的问题。以下将对施工管理技术中的几项重点因素进行浅要论述。

一、施工项目经理部及项目经理

施工项目经理部是对施工项目进行管理运作的核心部门。其中主要包括项目经理及副经理，项目工程师，质量管理员等职务。施工项目经理部的组建是关系到整个工程项目成败的基本因素。因此企业必须根据实际现有的人力和物力尽全力去打造一个集人才性，技术性，高效性和精干性于一体的优秀班底。这样才能够保证项目工程的顺利完成。……
