[摘要] 医院文化决定了人的思维模式和空间，也由此界定了医院发展的核心竞争力，更决定着一个医院能否赢得百姓的信任。本文结合医药卫生体制改革的新形势、现要求，论述了医院文化建设的必要性和紧迫性，提出了医院文化建设需要管理者的文化自觉，并结合地坛医院实际论述了文化建设成败的关键在于理念是否得到落实，同时就如何有效的建设医院文化进行了深入的思考。

Thinking of strengthening cultural development in new times

[Abstract] Hospital culture determines staffs' thinking mode and deepness, also determines the core-competitiveness of the hospital and the confidence of patients. According to the present new situation of structural reform of medical system, this paper discusses the necessity and urgency of cultural construction in hospital and raises the opinion that hospital culture construction requires culture consciousness of manager. Meanwhile, this paper expounds that practicable idea is the key to the cultural construction and deeply thinking of how to construct hospital culture effectively in this paper.

十七届六中全会通过的《中共中央关于深化文化体制改革推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣若干重大问题的决定》（以下简称《决定》），科学概括和深刻阐述了中国特色社会主义文化发展道路，确立了建设社会主义文化强国的宏伟目标。作为社会文化的子文化，医院文化是医院在长期的历史发展过程中积淀下来的相对稳定的价值体系和行为模式，是渗透到医院医、教、研、防等各项工作中的精神基因和价值基因，同时，医院文化又是以医患关系为主要特征的文化。当患者踏入医院大门的时候，医患关系就已经开始构成。新时期、新阶段，我国正处于大发展、大变革、大调整时期，各种思想文化交流、交融、交锋更加频繁，如何自觉地建设医院文化，引导职工树立正确的价值取向，增强医院文化软实力成为医院领导者面临的一个重要问题。
