【摘 要】 “真的教育是心心相印的活动,惟独从心里发出来,才能达到心的深处。”我运用较为得心应手的三件宝:一靠,二鼓,三落实,让师生的心灵距离为零;让学生的好习惯成自然;为学生鼓劲、树信心;笃行不倦抓落实;细小之处抓落实,用爱心建立起来的师生关系让我达到了做最好的自己,创最好的班级的目的。

班主任工作是艺术。学生处在“断乳期”、“逆反心理期”和“代沟期”,使老师、家长在他们心目中的权威降低。他们不再以老师为中心,不再绝对服从教师的命令。这给班主任的教育工作带来一定的难度。为了做好班级管理工作,我探索了一些方法和措施,取得了一定的成效。一靠,二鼓,三落实,就是我运用得较为得心应手的三件宝。

1 “靠”

1.1 靠近学生,让师生的心灵距离为零。记得刚接班时,在开学的前一天,我没有休息,电话通知9名走读生回校。一是想让他们帮我收拾一下教室的卫生;二是借此了解部分学生的情况,这样远比开学报道时还不认识自己的班主任要好的多。那天,天很热,学生们工作得热火朝天。看到教室里排放好的整整齐齐的桌凳,以及各种专栏的建立,我对9名学生大加赞赏。我把他们这种热爱班级的做法写在后面的黑板上,学生们自然很高兴,很满意。我自己掏钱又奖励了9名学生每人一只雪糕,我们围坐在教室里,一边吃雪糕,一边交流,还不时的开开玩笑,自然拉近了老师与同学的距离。……
