教学目标：学生识记、拼读or字母组合音节，能分音节拼读单词，由易到难，在绕口令、故事阅读中提高对or字母组合发音规律的复现率，开阔学生视野，提高学生的词汇量，培养其积极的情感态度。

选取内容：以PEP四年级下册第四单元为蓝本，涉及了小学英语各教材中所含or的高频单词，适当补充了含有or字母组合的单词。

设计依据及建议：本设计依据短课时、高频率、多接触之英语教学原则而做短课时设计。六个短课时设计分别讲了or字母组合的两种读音，并对or字母组合在单词里的发音做了总结。

短课时教学设计一

1.T:Today I have some pictures for you.Look,this is a horn.It’s for you.And this is a horse,it’s for you,too.So a horn for you,a horse for you.Look at the screen.

A horn,a corn and a horse for you.How to spell“or”?Yes,or/ɔ:/.

2.Can you say some words with or/ɔ:/?Ask students to think and tell.

3.You did a good job.Let’ssharemorewordswith“or”.Look,show the pictures,ask students to read.

T:Let’s say a chant.

Which do you like?

Fork or pork?I like pork.

Which do you like?

Corn or horn?I like horn.

Which do you like?

Horse orshorts?I like horse.

T:I will ask,you answer.Then let’s exchange.This time in your group, one asks, one answers.
