Analysis of current status and countermeasures on forestry science and technology extension in Southern Anhui Mountainous Regions

AbstractForest science and technology extension is instrumental in advancing modernized and eficient forestry production andconstruction.Thecurrnt status offorestry sci-tech extension was examined in Shexian County of Southern Anhui Mountainous Region，focusing onindustrial support，technical services，and university-local cooperation，while identifying existing chalengesand proposing targeted solutions.Thestudy area hasachieved notable progressthrough various initiatives including ecological restoration demonstration projects，cultivationand pest control training programs，an joint construction，collaboration and sharing among government，enterprises， academiaand research institutionscollaborative model，establishment of national demonstration bases，and developmentof green brands.Nevertheless，persistent issues remainregarding the practical application of scientific achievements，professonal capacitybuilding，and effectiveness of extension programs.Based on this，development countermeasures for forestry science and technology promotion work are proposed，specifically including encouraging research institutions andother productionand research entities to strengthen technological innovationand equipment research and development in forestry production and processing，and deepening the construction of acolaborative innovationsystem integrating industryacademia，researchandapplication;increasing theintroductionofhigh-level forestry science andtechnology talents，optimizing the talent echelon construction，promoting the youth and professionalizationof technicalpersonnel，andenhancingthevitalityofforestryscienceandtechnologyinnovation;

strengthening financial supportfor forestry scienceand technology promotion，cultivating leading enterprises， cooperatives and othernew types of business entities，developing characteristic industries such asmountain walnuts andoiltea，and intensifyingtechnical training topromote large-scaleoperationand increase theadded value of forest products.Thisarticleprovidesa referenceforpromoting thesustainabledevelopment of forestryscience and technology promotion work.

当前，林业产业现代化建设和高质量林业发展新格局构建正加快推进。李晖等研究指出，大力发展林业产业，对林业经济的可持续发展具有促进作用，也有助于林农生活水平的提升。陈海英分析了榆林林业技术推广现状及存在的问题，并提出加强基层推广力量建设等对策。刘韬3分析了林业技术推广的现状、作用及存在的问题，提出了改进和优化林业技术推广工作理论等对策。吴道贵4分析了林业技术推广的作用及现状，提出了打造和优化林业技术推广项目等有效方法。以上分析表明，先进的技术是带动林业现代化和高效化生产和建设的关键。相关研究人员须高度关注并重视林业技术的宣传推广，借助先进技术手段的优势，全面提升林业技术推广工作的成效[5。本文基于安徽黄山歙县林业技术推广工作的现状，分析其存在的问题，并提出相应的发展对策，为林业科技推广工作的进一步发展提供参考。

1林业科技推广工作现状

1.1产业支持

近年来，研究区相关部门出台了一系列产业扶持措施，为推进其经济林基地建设、栽培管理、林地生态治理、产业升级改造等提供了支持。根据相关部门调查显示，2020—2024年，研究区香榧建设面积 666.84hm² ，山核桃生态治理面积 406.67hm² 。研究区积极开展生态治理示范、土壤改良示范、有机肥撒施、病虫害统防统治试点、绿色（有机）食品认证等项目建设，建设了金川伏黄、杞梓……
