摘 要 展览服务是大学图书馆履行教育和文化传承职责的重要途径之一，也是大学图书馆助力高等教育高质量发展的重要内容之一。文章以西安交通大学图书馆展览服务的实践为例，提出了图书馆展览与体验工作坊、讲座、阅读推广、文创、研学旅行和特藏平台开发深度融合的“图书馆展览+”服务模式；继而论证了制度保障、分级化管理、实施“策展人”制度及标准化策展流程等机制创新；并阐述“图书馆展览+”服务模式的时代价值，以期为其他高校图书馆的展览服务工作提供新思路。

Abstract Exhibition services are an important avenue for university libraries to fulfill their educational and cultural heritage responsibilities， as well as a critical component in supporting the high-quality development of higher education. Drawing on the practical examples of exhibition services at Xi’an Jiaotong University Library， this paper proposes a “library exhibition+” service model that deeply integrates exhibitions with workshops， lectures， reading promotion， cultural and creative products， educational travel， and the development of special collection platforms. Furthermore， the article demonstrates the innovative mechanisms of institutional safeguards， hierarchical management， the implementation of a “curator” system， and standardized exhibition planning processes. Finally， it expounds on the contemporary value of the “library exhibition+” service model， aiming to provide new ideas for exhibition service work in other university libraries.

0 引言

《2024年国务院政府工作报告》指出，要加强高质量教育体系建设，全面贯彻党的教育方针，坚持把高质量发展作为各级各类教育的生命线。大学图书馆功能的完善和丰富是高等教育高质量发展的重要内容之一。1975年，国际图联将图书馆的职能定为“保存人类文化遗产、开展社会教育、传递科学情报、开展智力资源”四大社会职能[1]。图书馆展览服务是实现社会教育功能的重要途径之一，具体而言是在图书馆的地域空间、网络空间，通过展品陈列、技术展现等方式，以展示文化艺术、馆藏资源等为主要内容的读者服务[2]。高校图书馆通过展览服务有力地发挥了服务教学科研、文化资源共享、助力课程思政的核心作用，向大学生提供了学习、成长、成才阶段需的精神食粮[3]，也体现了高校图书馆对《普通高等学校图书馆规程》要求发挥学校人才培养、科学研究功能的充分回应和扎实工作[4]。……
