摘 要：在新工科背景下，职教师资培养面临全新机遇与挑战。本文剖析了职教师资培养现状，揭示其师范性与职业性协同困难、课程体系与产业需求脱节、实践平台建设空心化等问题，针对性地提出系列创新举措，包括打造契合学生技能成长及新工科发展规律的实践课程体系；强化校企深度融合，共建产业学院实现资源共享与协同育人；建设创新实验室并打造创客社团，激发学生创新潜能。本文旨在通过这些路径，达成职教师资专业性、职业性与师范性的有机统一，提升职教师资人才培养质量。

Abstract：Under the new engineering background，vocational teacher training faces new opportunities and challenges.This paper analyzes the current situation of vocational teacher training，revealing issues like difficulties in integrating normativity and professionalism，disconnection between curriculum systems and industrial demands，and hollowing of practical platform construction.It proposes a series of targeted innovative measures，including creating a practical curriculum system that suits students' skill development and new engineering development laws，strengthening indepth schoolenterprise integration to build industrial colleges for resource sharing and collaborative education，and establishing innovation labs and maker communities to stimulate students' innovation potential.The aim is to achieve the organic unity of professionalism，vocationality，and normativity of vocational teachers through these approaches，thus improving the quality of vocational teacher training.

自2016年教育部提出新工科以来，新工科建设已经成为一项重要的教育方针，它不仅是高校教学和学习方式的变革，更是对高校人才培养模式和资源配置方式的重塑。新工科建设的推进，旨在培养能够适应和引领未来技术发展的创新型人才，随着新工科建设的深入发展，将对高等教育、产业发展乃至社会经济的各个方面产生深远的影响。在此背景下，高校肩负着前所未有的重任，需要培育出一批能够顺应并推动未来科技与产业革命潮流的、既具专业深度又具广泛适应性的高质量新型工科人才，来应对当前经济转型与产业升级带来的挑战［1］。
