【摘要】新时代背景下，高校体育课程思政建设作为落实立德树人根本任务的重要途径，对培养德智体美劳全面发展的时代新人具有重要意义。该文探讨了高校体育课程思政在践行社会主义核心价值观、提升学生综合素养、强化学生文化自信与爱国情怀以及促进学生知行合一等方面的独特功能。研究发现，当前高校体育课程思政建设仍面临系统性规划不足、教师思政教学能力欠缺、思政元素挖掘不充分、评价体系不健全等现实困境。针对这些问题，该文提出相应优化路径：构建高校体育课程思政建设系统化体系、加强体育教师课程思政能力建设、深入挖掘并创新融入体育思政元素、完善体育课程思政评价体系。体育课程思政建设是高等教育改革的重要方向，需通过理论创新与实践探索相结合，推动体育教育与思政教育深度融合，为培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人提供有力支撑。

[Abstract] In thecontextof thenewera，thecurriculum ideologicaland political constructionofphysical education in colleges as an important means to implement the fundamental task of Lide Shuren isof great significance for cultivatng new generations with comprehensive developmentof morality，intellgence，physical ftness，aesthetics，and laborskils.This paperexplores theuniquefunctionsofcuriculum ideologicaland political education incollgephysical education inpracticing socialistcore values，enhancing students'comprehensive literacy，strengtheningstudents'cultural confidence and patriotism，and promoting the integration of knowledge and action among students.The research finds thatthecurrentcurriculum ideologicaland political constructionof physical education in collegesstillfaces practical dificultiessuchasinsuientsystematicplanning，lackofteachers'ideologicalandpoliticalteachingabilities，inadeqate explorationofideologicaland poitical elements，andan imperfect evaluationsystem.Toaddresstheseissues，this paper proposes corresponding optimization paths： building a systematic system of the curriculum ideological and political construction of coleges physical education，strengthening the ideological and political capacity building of physical" education teachers，deeply exploringand innovating theintegration of ideologicaland political elements into physical education，and improvingtheevaluationsystemfortheideologicalandpoliticalaspectsof physicaleducationcourses. Thecurriculumideologicaland politicalconstructionof physicaleducation isanimportant direction for hgher education reform，whichrequiresacombinationoftheoretical innovationandpractical exploration topromotethedeepintegration of physical educationand ideological and political education，and provide strong support forcultivating new talents who are responsible for the great task of national rejuvenation.
