【摘要】在深化体教融合国家战略背景下，聚焦校园篮球文化培育这一核心命题，运用文献研究与逻辑分析等方法，探究其内在规律、现实阻滞与突破路径。研究发现，校园篮球文化具有锤炼学生强健体魄、培养团队合作意识、浸润拼搏进取品格、激活校园教育动能等多维教育功能。然而，当前校园篮球文化培育面临顶层协同机制缺位、师资体育素养滞后、硬件资源供给失衡、活动文化内涵浅表等困境。据此，该文提出以下培育路径：建构多元协同治理框架，以破除机制运行壁垒；重塑教师能力发展载体，以补强专业素养短板；优化资源配置智慧机制，以弥合硬件保障鸿沟；厚植赛事人文双重内涵，以提升文化浸润深度。

[Abstract] Under the backgroundof the national strategy to deepen the integrationofsportsand education，focusing on the ore proposition of campus basketballculture cultivation，this research uses methods such as literature research andlogicalanalysis toexploreits internallaws，practicalobstaclesandbreakthroughpaths.Theresearchfoundthatthe campus basketball culture has the multi-dimensional education functionsof tempering students'physical fitness， cultivating teamworkawarenes，immersing them inthecharacterof strivingandenterprising，andactivating the campus education momentum.However，the current cultivation of campus basketballculture is facing dificulties such as the absence of top-level colaborative mechanism，the lagging of teachers'physical literacy，the imbalance of hardware resources supply，and the shallow connotation of activity culture.Based on this，the paper proposes to build a multi collaborative governance framework and break down theoperationalbarriers of the mechanism; Itreshapes thecarrier ofteachers'ability development and strengthens the shortcomings of professonal literacy; It optimizes the wisdom mechanism of resource alocation and bridges the hardware guarantee gap; It cultivates the dualcultural connotations of sports events to enhance the depth of cultural immersion.
