【摘要】习近平总书记强调，立德树人是教育的核心任务，办好思政课是解决根本教育问题的关键。该文以运动生理学课程为载体，基于布卢姆情感领域教育目标分类，提出五层递进式的课程思政目标，构建以科学精神、生态文明观和文化自信为核心价值的课程思政教学模式。通过情境创设、互动讨论等教学策略，实现知识传授与价值引领的有机融合。该研究结果表明，课程思政有效提升了学生在知识与技能、情感态度与价值观等方面的反馈，为高等教育中课程思政的实施提供了实践案例与理论支持。

[Abstract] General Secretary Xi Jinping emphasizes that Lide Shuren is the core mission of education，and fctively teaching ideologicaland political courses is thekeytoaddresing fundamental educational issues.This paperuses the Sports Physiologycouse asaplatfom.BasedonBloom'sclasificationofaffective domaineducational targets，tproposes a 5-level progresive curriculum ideological and political education （CIPE）targets framework.It buildsa CIPE teaching model with core values likescientific spirit，ecological civilization perspective，and cultural confidence.By using teachingstrategieslikesituational creationandinteractivediscusions，itintegratesknowledge transmissionand value guidance.Thefindings showthatCIPE improves students'feedback inknowledgeand skils，emotionalattitudes， and values，offering practical cases and theoretical support for CIPE implementation in higher education.

习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上强调，思想政治工作应贯穿教育教学全过程，实现全程育人、全方位育人，为我国高等教育事业发展开辟新局面[1。《求是》杂志发表的《思政课是落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程》指出，办好思政课是全面贯彻党的教育方针、解决培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人这一根本问题的关键[2]。教育部于2020年颁布的《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》进一步明确，要将价值塑造、知识传授和能力培养融为一体，不可分割[3]。在此背景下，如何在专业课程中有效融入思想政治教育，成为高等教育领域的重要课题[4]
