ConlusionisorateanCiagosisofnterodosteucateletyeejttaeadng evaluationofteocateligetdosterioucatelgaetijurhmesioalseenceisoedatagesthato dimensionalqueereforeoulddshpreeedforagoisofCndCijurstadi recommended for clinical application.

位于膝关节中心偏后位置的交叉韧带具有高度的坚韧性质，并被滑膜包裹，主要由前交叉韧带和后交叉韧带构成[。在生理状态下，这两条韧带共同作用，防止膝关节过度活动。然而，当遭遇运动伤害或其他致伤因素时，交叉韧带的功能可能会失调。

由于其自身修复能力有限，如果受伤后未得到及时医治，很可能导致完全撕裂，从而破坏关节的稳定性，对病情严重的个案，甚至可能引发创伤性的骨关节病变[34。对于该疾病的治疗，需秉持着及早发现、及早治疗的原则。而临床诊断多数采用影像学进行诊断，常见影像学检查方式为X线、CT以及MRI等，但是X线、CT仅仅能进行初步检查，MRI检查下的组织分辨率较高，能辨别患者损伤部位周围水肿情况，可充分分析病理变化，可诊断早期水肿病灶。但是目前临床对于检查序列有一定的争议。基于此，本次研究主要分析不同MRI序列对膝关节前后交叉韧带损伤的诊断准确性，现报道如下。

1资料与方法

1.1一般资料选取市赣县区人民医院2022年1月-2023年12月收治的62例疑似膝关节外伤后前后交叉韧带损伤患者为研究对象，其中男32例，女30例；年龄25～77岁，平均年龄为 （44.38±1.25） 1岁；病程1～3d，平均病程为 （1.52±0.22）d ；致伤因素为交通事故的患者29例，重物砸伤的患者20例，高处坠落患者9例，跌倒致伤患者4例。患者或其家属都同意参与研究，并已签署知情同意书。

1.2纳入及排除标准纳入标准： ① 患者年龄18岁及以上； ② 通过临床表现和手术后的结果，被确认为膝关节前后交叉韧带受损；……
