摘，要大类人才培养模式下，经济学一流学科与一流专业相互依存、相互促进，共同推动经济学的创新与发展。然而，当前经济学一流学科和一流专业建设协同体系存在协同意识不足、学科专业设置不合理、科教融合型人才与师资力量不足等问题。为此，文章提出以协同理念推进协同体系体制机制更新、以经济学学科为基础进行专业设置、引进培育科教融合型人才和师资力量、建设配套的协同发展保障体系等实践路径。

The Construction Dilemma and Breakthrough Strategy of the Collaborative System between First-class Disciplines and Majors in Economics

AbstractUnder the mode of talent cultivation，the first-classdisciplines and first-classmajors of economics are interdependent and mutually reinforcing，and jointly promote the innovationand developmentofeconomics.However， the current synergistic system for theconstructionoffirst-class disciplines and first-classmajors in economics suffers frominsuffcentsynergisticconsciousness，iationalsetingofdisciplinesandmajors，andinsufiientsientificand educational integration talents and teachers.For this reason，the article proposes to promote the renewal of the institutional mechanism ofthe synergy system withtheconcept ofsynergy，setupspecialties basedon the disciplineof economics，introduce and cultivate talents and teachers of science and education integration，and build a supporting guarantee system for synergy development and other practical paths.

百年大计，教育为本。新时代中国特色社会主义现代化强国的实现和中华民族伟大复兴的任务要求比以往任何时候都显现出对人才的迫切需求。为实现人才培育和教育强国的目标，教育部、财政部、国家发展改革委联合发布《统筹推进世界一流大学和一流学科建设实施办法（暂行)》，即“双一流\"建设。这是中国高等教育领域响应国家战略需求、促进内涵式发展的关键举措，其深远意义在于通过优化学科布局、强化科研创新、促进学科交叉融合，推动中国高等教育的整体水平向世界先进行列迈进，而且能够为国家的科技进步、经济发展和社会繁荣提供坚实的人才支撑和知识创新。

“双一流”建设规划了中国一流大学和一流学科建设纲要，但作为高等教育人才培养的基础环节，大类人才培养模式下的本科生教育也是至关重要的。洪大用 (2016)指出一流本科是一流大学的重要基础和基本特征，应该将一流本科教育纳入“双一流\"建设方案。……
