近年来，“躺平”“佛系”“摆烂”等网络词语成为现象级流行话语，引起大学生群体广泛关注和讨论，进而构成“反劳动\"文化形态。大学生“反劳动\"文化是指面对内卷化的社会压力，当代大学生对劳动意义与价值产生认识偏差，进而选择逃避劳动的一种态度与行为的文化现象。“反劳动\"文化是网络青年亚文化的表现，其轻视劳动、逃避劳动的叙事话语在大学生群体间传播，不断消磨其进取之心与奋斗热忱，“劳动最光荣、奋斗最幸福\"的社会主流价值观有被消解的危险。这种社会现象亟待引起高校思政课教师的关注和思考，研究在思想政治理论课这个立德树人的主渠道如何有理念、有系统、有深度地融入新时代劳模精神，引领大学生树立正确的劳动价值观，消除大学生“反劳动”文化的影响。

一 问题的提出

大学生作为青年群里的主力军推动了“躺平\"“佛系”“摆烂\"等一系列具有“反劳动\"倾向的青年亚文化词汇在网络不断传播和演变，这些碎片化的词汇与社会各类热点事件和舆情相结合，进行组合和再转变，形成了“反劳动”文化，表征了大学生等青年群体在当下社会中的焦虑。

（一）“反劳动\"文化消解新时代劳模精神

社会主义市场经济40多年的发展使人民的物质生活水平有了质的飞跃。如今人工智能、大数据和经济发展交相促进，各种社会思潮相互影响，对青年文化和观念产生了深远影响。近年来，网络频繁出现的“打工人\"\"内卷”\"躺平\"\"佛系\"等用语，从个体蔓延到群体，解构了“一分耕耘、一分收获\"的传统劳动伦理；……
