添加连翘对紫花首蓿青贮品质的影响

Effect of Forsythia Suspensa Addition on the Quality of Alfalfa Silage

Abstract:The aim of this experiment was to investigate the efect of adding forsythia(Forsythia suspensa) on alfalfa (Medicago satira L.)silage. Early-flowering alfalfa was used as the raw material,and four treatments were set up,adding 5% ( G1) , 7.5% ( G2) , 10% ( G3) of fresh weight of forsythia and no addition control (CK)with 3 replications for each treatment,and the indices were evaluated after 60d of silage fermentation. The results showed that the organoleptic scores of the treatment groups were allin the second level of good, which was better than the third level of medium in the CK group. The crude fat content of the G1 and G3 groups was significantly higher than that of the CK group Plt;0.01⟩ ,and the crude protein content of the G3 group was significantly higher than that of the CK group ( Plt;0.01 .The contents of acid detergent fibre and neutral detergent fibre were reduced in the treated groups,and the relative feed value scores were higher than those of the CK group. pH was significantly lower in the G1 and G3 groups than in the CK group ( (Plt;0.01) ,and the contents of lactic acid and acetic acid were significantly lower in the G1 group than in the CK group ( Plt;0.01⟩ ) Aerobic stability was significantly better in the G2 group than in the CK group (Plt;0.05) ,aflatoxin and vomitoxin contents decreased with increasing forsythia addition.In conclusion,the addition of forsythiacan improve silage quality,increase aerobic stability and reduce mycotoxin content,and the addition of 10% forsythia to alfalfa silage has the best effect.

紫花苜蓿(MedicagosativaL.)是多年生豆科植物,因其营养价值高,在全球范围内被广泛种植,被誉为“牧草之王”[1-2]。青贮是重要的饲草保存方式之一,不同青贮方式,饲草刈割期和不同饲草等[3-5]均会影响青贮品质。苜蓿作为优质高蛋白青贮料备受关注,但其含糖量较低及高缓冲能力的特性导致苜蓿单独青贮较难成功[6,而青贮品质的好坏将直接影响家畜的生长发育和生产性能,因此青贮过程中添加剂的选择至关重要[]。无抗功能性添加剂的研究是目前生态畜牧业的发展方向,营养型添加剂为苜蓿青贮添加剂的主要研究方向,随着“无抗”时代的发展,中草药作为饲料添加剂已在我国逐步成熟且大量地使用。作为纯天然物质,中草药具有抗菌、消炎、无耐药性、无残留等多种优势,应用中草药替代抗生素预防和治疗疾病,成为替代抗生素研究方向之—[8-9]。在以往青贮中添加中草药的研究表明,中草药中的多种化学成分对菌群的微生态调节和机体的免疫功能有良好的促进作用[10-11]。连翘 (For- sythiasuspensa)作为中草药的一种,具有清热解毒、抗菌消炎的功效,对多种革兰氏细菌均有抑制效果[12]。将连翘用作青贮添加剂,可以促进植物发酵、提高饲用价值,同时其生物活性成分还能促进青贮料中益生菌的生长,从而改善青贮品质[13],但目前关于添加连翘对紫花苜蓿青贮品质的研究未见报道。……
