Abstract:During thecomprehensiveimplementationstageofruralrevitalization，thepredicamentof grasrootsemployment andentrepreneurshipforstudentsmajoringinagriculture-relatedfieldsreflectsthestructuralcontradictionbetweenthesupply sideofhighereducationandthedemandsideoftheagriculturalindustry.Takingmultiplemeasurestopromotetheemployment andentrepreneurshipofstudentsmajoringinagriculture-relatedfieldsatthegrasrotslevelhasbecomethekeytosolvingthe shortageof talentsinmoderncharacteristicagriculturalindustriesinGuangxi.Thispaperfocusesonthecoreisuessuchasthe lowwillngnessofagricultural-relatedmajorsudentstoworkattegrasrotsleveldeviationinvocatioalcogitioand insuficientpracticalabilityItinnovativelyproposestocostructa\"three-dimensionaldrive\"guidingmodeltatis，toproote employmentandentrepreneurshipthroughpolicycordination，empowerteachingthrough industry-educationintegration，and enhanceheconversionateofgrasrotsemploymentandentrepreneurshipthroughtheinternalizationofculturalvalues.Provide theoreticalinnovationandpracticalsolutionstosolvetheproblemof\"unabletogodownandretain\"agricultural-relatedtalents.

在乡村振兴战略背景下，涉农专业学生就业创业受到广泛关注。响应乡村振兴政策，现代化农业飞速发展，涉农专业学生更是成为填补现代化农业发展人才队伍缺口的关键。广西作为我国农业大省，已形成3 10+3+N³ 现代特色农业产业体系，涵盖糖料蔗、桑蚕、畜牧等核心产业。然而，农业产业链中基层技术与管理人才缺口显著；从近些年毕业生就业形式中观察，涉农专业毕业生的就业情况不容乐观，存在基层就业率低、乡村振兴人才紧缺、城乡基层岗位留不住人等结构性矛盾2。究其原因，学生职业认知偏差、实践能力与产业需求脱节、基层就业政策支持不足等问题突出。如何引导涉农专业学生扎根基层，服务乡村振兴，成为当前广西高等教育改革与涉农高校就业指导工作提升的重要议题。美国社会学家亨利·埃茨科威兹曾提出三螺旋结构理论，其强调政府、产业和大学三者之间的相互作用和协同进化，形成持续创新的动力源泉。在农业相关高等教育领域，政府通过制定和实施相关政策以提供支持，产业界则提供实习实践平台及就业机会，而高等院校则承担着培养专业人才的职责。这三方的协同合作能够构建一个促进基层就业的正向生态系统。本研究聚焦乡村振兴人才供给与“双创\"教育的双背景，以三螺旋理论为指引，从政府、产业、高校协同视角探讨基层就业引导路径，为涉农人才培养与区域农业高质量发展提供参考。……
