Abstract：Againstthe backdropofadvancing thesocialistcultural powerhouseinitiative，examining thecurrent status， challenges，andsolutionsregardingruralresidentsparticipationincomunityculturaldevelopmentholdssignificantpractical valueforstrengtheningculturalconfidenceandenhancingthesenseoffulfilmentandhappnessamongruralpopulations.Through fieldresearchinXTownship，LongyanCityemployingmethodssuchasquestionnairesurveys，householdvisits，anddepartental discusions，thestudyidentifiedkeyissues：limitedresidentparticipation，weakprimary-levelculturalorganizations，insuficient financialsupportandinadequateculturalservicecapacities.Toaddresstheseproblems，thestudyproposestargetedmeasures includingimprovinguralresidentsculturalliteracyenhancingtheirengagementinculturalinitiatives，andincreasingrsource allocation for community cultural development.

马克思、恩格斯从社会存在决定社会意识的角度出发提出，“人们是自己的观念、思想等等的生产者\"。可见，文化源于人民实践，文化属于人民。农村居民作为农村社区的主体，是农村社区文化建设的参与者和受益者，农村社区文化建设的成效关键在于农村居民的参与度、积极性、文化素养及整个社会效益。2035年是建成文化强国的远景自标年。党的二十届三中全会通过的《中共中央关于进一步全面深化改革推进中国式现代化的决定》中明确指出，“完善公共文化服务体系，建立优质文化资源直达基层机制，健全社会力量参与公共文化服务机制\"，强调了文化服务体系的重要性，优质资源对于基层的重要性，以及社会力量在文化建设中的主体性和健全相应机制的重要性等。近年来，在习近平文化思想的指导下，农村文化建设得到了显著成效。政府、社区、基层干部认真贯彻落实一系列与农村文化建设相关的部署，让城市资源向农村倾斜，服务向农村沿伸，文化基础设施建设日益完善，农村文化振兴发展势态良好，取得了一定成就。例如，文化建设法律法规不断完善、财政保障不断加强、服务体系逐步建成和群众对文化振兴的知晓度越来越高等。然而，农村居民作为农村社区文化建设的主力军、文化振兴的内生动力，参与文化建设却受到限制，农村社区文化建设仍存在着一些困境。本文重点以龙岩市X乡为例，阐述相关问题。……
