农田水利设施与农业生产密切相关，对提升农业生产效率、增加农民收入、保障粮食安全、促进农村地区保持经济稳定意义重大，也是乡村振兴战略稳步推进的重要支撑[1]。由于农田水利设施具有公共属性，有的农村居民在面对农村共同利益时表现出漠不关心的态度，对参与农田水利设施管护的响应薄弱，缺乏参与的意愿[2]。近年来，政府加大了对农田水利设施的资金投入，也出台了一系列政策，以推动和鼓励农村居民积极参与农村公共设施的管理，但实施效果依然不佳，导致农田水利设施损坏、老化等问题严重，农田水利设施的效能无法充分发挥，对农村居民的生产活动产生严重影响[3]。对农村公共设施治理效果起关键作用的因素是农村居民参与管护意愿的影响因素[4]。因此，探究影响农村居民参与农田水利设施管护意愿的主要因素，并分析其形成机制，是提高农田灌溉用水效率的基础，对保障农业生产和促进经济稳定发展具有重要的理论和实践价值。

近年来，学术界将农村居民参与农村公共设施管护意愿作为研究重点，也取得了丰富的研究成果。在研究方法方面，陈明睿等[5利用结构方程模型探究农户参与农渠修建意愿的影响因素，结果表明，在变量关系较为复杂的情况下，结构方程模型可以很好地揭示出潜在的影响因素，表现出较强的分析优势。……
