2024年8月发布的《中共中央国务院关于弘扬教育家精神加强新时代高素质专业化教师队伍建设的意见》（以下简称《意见》）指出，“强化国家重大战略任务和重大人才工程引领，高层次人才遴选和培育突出教书育人导向，让科学家同时成为教育家，充分发挥科学家在人才培养中的重要作用，将教育家精神、科学家精神、工匠精神等相融汇，提升教书育人质量。\"《意见》首次正式提出将教育家精神、科学家精神和工匠精神相融汇，促进新时代高素质专业化教师队伍建设，培养更多教育家型教师、高素质技术技能人才、能工巧匠、大国工匠，为加快建设教育强国、科技强国、人才强国提供精神动力和智力支持。

教育家精神、科学家精神和工匠精神的融汇，为高职农林类教师创新团队的培养提供了丰富的精神内涵和动力源泉。教育家精神、科学家精神和工匠精神的共同本质在于“家\"和“精神”。从“家\"的角度讲，主要有2层内涵：其一，术业有专攻，学有大成，享誉业内，泽被后世；其二，怀有家国情怀，国即是家，为国家和人民服务，为国育才。精神不仅可学，更应可教和传承，是可供教学研究和课程开发的精神文化资源。本文就教育家精神、科学家精神、工匠精神“三种精神\"融汇下高职农林类教师创新团队建设的价值意蕴，当前高职教师创新团队现状，“三种精神\"融汇下的新疆高职农林类教师创新团队培养路径等方面做了讨探，以期为当下高职农林类教师创新团队培养提供借鉴，同时全面提高人才培养质量，助力乡村振兴。……
