【摘要】 目的：评价复方高滋斑片辅助治疗老年高血压合并失眠症患者的临床效果。方法：选取济南高新东区医院2022年5月—2023年5月收治的100例老年高血压合并失眠症患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组，每组50例。两组患者均进行常规降压治疗，在此基础上，对照组给予艾司唑仑片，试验组给予复方高滋斑片，均连续治疗28 d。比较两组治疗前后睡眠质量评分、血压变化情况、临床治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果：治疗后，两组睡眠质量评分均有所降低，且试验组睡眠质量评分低于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗后，两组24 h平均收缩压、平均舒张压及夜间收缩压、舒张压变异性均显著低于治疗前，且试验组均低于对照组（P<0.05）；试验组总有效率明显高于对照组，不良反应发生率明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：复方高滋斑片治疗老年高血压合并失眠症患者临床效果显著，能有效促使患者血压降低，改善患者的睡眠质量，且安全性较高。

[Abstract] Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of Compound Gaoziban Tablets in the adjuvant treatment of senile patients with hypertension complicated with insomnia. Method： A total of 100 senile patients with hypertension complicated with insomnia admitted to Jinan High-tech East District Hospital from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects， and were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method， with 50 cases in each group. Patients in both groups were treated with routine antihypertensive therapy. On this basis， the control group was given Estazolam Tablets and the experimental group was given Compound Gaoziban Tablets， all of which were treated continuously for 28 days. The sleep quality scores and blood pressure changes before and after treatment， clinical treatment effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Result： After treatment， the sleep quality score of both groups were decreased， and the sleep quality score of experimental group was lower than that of control group （P<0.05）. After treatment， 24 h mean systolic blood pressure， mean diastolic blood pressure and night variability of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment， and those in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group （P<0.05）. The total effect rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group， and the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than that of the control group， the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： The clinical effect of Compound Gaoziban Tablets in the adjuvant treatment of senile patients with hypertension complicated with insomnia is remarkable， which can effectively reduce the blood pressure of patients， improve the sleep quality of patients， and has high safety.

高血压患者常伴有诸多并发症，其中失眠尤为常见[1]。睡眠不足会对人体器官功能造成不同程度的损伤，同样也会进一步加重失眠和血压波动，可见失眠症与患者血压变化有着密不可分的联系，会直接影响患者的病情发展[2-3]。因此，应及时采取相关措施治疗高血压合并失眠症。临床中治疗高血压合并失眠症的手段有多种，其中药物治疗被广泛应用[4-5]。西药治疗虽能起到较好的治疗效果，但是长期服用相关药物会使患者产生耐药性[6]。复方高滋斑片具有镇静安神、强心健脑的作用，主要成分有檀香、牛舌草、大叶补血草、紫苏子等，对于老年患者出现的头晕头痛、神经衰弱和高血压均有很好的治疗效果。基于此，本研究对复方高滋斑片治疗老年高血压失眠症患者的临床效果进行分析，现报道如下。……
