摘  要：产教融合、协同育人是应用创新型人才培养战略的重要内容和手段。在实施过程中，紧密围绕高校自身资源和条件，结合研究应用型大学培养目标，深度挖掘基于“产学研用”融合的校企合作人才培养模式和特色，多元化创新其在人才培养中的内涵和外延，促进高校、企业及科研机构的深度融合，发挥企业、大学科技园及孵化器的功能，促进校企双方的共同成长;依托高校教育基金会，探索成立企业-教育基金会“人才培养基金”，通过规范性的项目管理，提升学生科学素养和精准就业能力。通过人才培养模式的研究与实践，使其在振兴东北老工业基地和服务辽西北人才战略中，更好发挥应有作用。

Abstract： Integration of production and education and collaborative education are important contents and means of application of innovative talent training strategy. In the process of implementation， we closely focus on the university's own resources and conditions， combined with the research of application-oriented university training objectives， in-depth exploration of the school-enterprise cooperation personnel training mode and characteristics based on the integration of "production， university， research and application"， and diversified innovation in its connotation and extension in personnel training. The purpose of the research is to promote the deep integration of universities， enterprises and scientific research institutions， give play to the functions of enterprises， university science parks and incubators， and promote the common growth of both schools and enterprises. Relying on the university education foundation， we explore the establishment of enterprise-education foundation "talent training fund". Through normative project management， we enhance students' scientific literacy and accurate employability. Through the research and practice of talent training model， it can play a better role in revitalizing the old industrial base in northeast China and serving the talent strategy in northwest Liaoning.

习近平总书记指出：人才是创新的根基，是创新的核心要素。当前，我国已经建成了世界上最大规模的高等教育体系，高等教育进入了大众化的发展阶段。如何根据国家政策导向，使教育办出优势、办出特色、服务社会经济发展是高校教育改革的重点。《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要2010—2020年》提出要创立高校与科研院所、行业、企业联合培养人才的新机制，其核心目标就是探索实践高校培养模式的创新。以“产学研用”深度融合为导向，通过搭建校企合作平台，充分整合利用各方资源，实现人才培养多元化创新要素的培育，使其成为实现这一目标的理论依据和现实手段。……
