摘要：以H大学女大学生为调查对象，通过问卷调查的方式，对当前H大学女大学生的就业观念进行调查。结果显示，当前女大学生认为工作对于女性非常重要，但是当前的就业形势对于女性并不乐观，尤其是职场的性别歧视问题比较严重。女大学生对于就业相关的自我认知也有偏差。对策及建议：在社会方面要转变观念，改变歧视女性就业的错误认识；强化对劳动力市场的监管，完善法律法规；学校和家庭教育方面也要引导学生独立自强；个人规划方面要转变就业观念，重塑科学就业观；提升个人能力，做好就业准备；明确自我认知，制定个人规划。

On the Current Situation of Female College Students Employment Concept

—Taking H University as an Example

Abstract： This paper conducts a questionnaire survey to investigate the employment concept of female college students with students from H University as the subjects. The results show that female college students think that work is very important for women， but the current employment situation is not optimistic for women， especially the fact that gender discrimination in the workplace is more serious. They also have self-cognition bias related to employment. Countermeasures and suggestions are： changing the concept in society and changing the wrong understanding of discrimination against womens employment; strengthening the supervision of the labor market and improve the laws and regulations; guiding students to be self-reliant in school and family education; changing the concepts of employment in personal planning and rebuilding the scientific concept of employment; improving personal ability to make good preparations for employment; and making clear self-perceptions to make personal planning.

2022年的高等教育中，女研究生在研究生中占比为51.2%，普通本专科中在校女生占比为50%，成人本专科中在校女生占比为56.9%2022年《中国妇女发展纲要（2021—2030年）》统计监测报告。这意味着高等教育中女大学生的数量正式反超男性。这是否意味着女性在就业方面有更多优势呢？现实似乎并非如此。本文对当前女大学生的就业观念进行调查分析，了解女大学生的就业观念，探讨帮助女大学生就业的途径和方法。

一、当前女大学生就业观的调查结果情况

本次调查通过线上问卷调查的方式，以H大学女大学生为调查对象，主要了解当前H大学女大学生的就业观念。问卷调查的内容包括对当前就业形势的认知和在就业相关的自我认知两个大的方面。……
