摘  要：推进中学智慧图书馆信息化建设，加强其与学校教育体系的融合，可以为师生提供更高效、更便捷的服务，满足教育数字化发展的需求。基于此，从空间、资源和服务3个方面对中学智慧图书馆信息化发展策略进行探究，并从技术突破、信息素养培养、学校支持和馆际合作4个维度进一步研究其保障措施，以期为中学智慧图书馆信息化高质量发展提供有意义的参考。

Exploring Development Strategies for the Informatization of Smart Libraries in High Schools

Abstract： Promoting the informatization construction of smart libraries in high schools and strengthening their integration with the school education system can provide more efficient and convenient services for teachers and students， so as to meet the needs of the digital development of education. Based on this， the article explores development strategies for the informatization of smart libraries in high schools from three aspects： space， resources and services， and further studies their safeguard strategies from four dimensions： technological breakthrough， information literacy training， school support and interlibrary cooperation， so as to provide meaningful references for the high-quality development of the informatization of smart Libraries in high schools.

中學智慧图书馆信息化发展在满足教育教学需求、促进教育创新与改革、提升学生信息素养、优化教育资源配置、推动智慧校园建设等方面有着重要的作用。2021年3月发布的《中华人民共和国国民经济和社会发展第十四个五年规划和2035年远景目标纲要》指出要推进学校资源数字化，积极发展智慧图书馆[1]，这为中学图书馆的发展指明了新的战略方向。大数据、云计算、物联网、人工智能等新技术的飞速发展，也给智慧图书馆的建设注入了新的动能。中学图书馆要敏锐地抓住新政策新技术带来的发展机遇，积极进行战略思考和实践策略探究，将社会信息化的应用带进学校走向学生，为培养新时代的中学生做出贡献。

1  智慧图书馆概述及中学智慧图书馆实践概况

1.1  智慧图书馆概述

“智慧图书馆”最早于2003年由欧洲芬兰等国的大学图书馆率先提出，认为智慧图书馆是不受时空限制被感知的移动服务[2]。……
