摘 要： 組织育人是构建新时代高校大思政格局的新形式、新探索。为提高区域高校组织育人工作成效，基于60余项浙江省高校的组织育人工作案例，从新时代高校组织育人的背景与定位、主体与功能、实施路径等维度深度探析高校组织育人的体系建设，提炼了浙江省高校组织育人的经验与启示。浙江省高校组织育人的核心是加强党对高校各类组织的全面领导，本质是强化各类组织立德树人的职责，基础是加强组织自身建设，基本方式是将组织建设与教育引领相结合，保障是加强体制机制建设，特色是与地域实际有机融合。该研究对高校落实立德树人根本任务、构建大思政新格局具有参考意义。

Experience and enlightenment of organizational education under the

pattern of comprehensive ideological and political education：

Taking colleges and universities in Zhejiang province as an example

Abstract：  Organizational education is a new form and exploration of building a new era of ideological and political structure in colleges and universities. In order to improve the organizational education work effectiveness of regional colleges and universities， this paper， based on more than 60 cases of organizational education in colleges and universities in Zhejiang province， deeply analyzes the construction of the system of organizational education in colleges and universities from the dimensions of background and positioning， main body and function， and implementation path of colleges and university organization and education in the new era， and then extracts the experience and enlightenment of organizational education in colleges and universities in Zhejiang Province. It is concluded that the core of the organization and education of colleges and universities in Zhejiang province is to strengthen the Party′s overall leadership over various organizations in colleges and universities， the essence is to strengthen the responsibility of various organizations to establish morality and cultivate people， the basis is to strengthen the construction of the organization itself， the basic way is to combine organizational construction with education guidance， the guarantee is to strengthen the construction of institutional mechanisms， and the characteristic is to organically integrate with regional reality. This paper has reference significance for colleges and universities to implement the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education， and to build a new pattern of big ideological and political education.

党的二十大报告强调，要“坚持为党育人、为国育才，全面提高人才自主培养质量，着力造就拔尖创新人才，聚天下英才而用之”［1］，这对新时代高校思想政治教育工作的系统重构、立德树人根本任务的全面落实提出了更高要求。组织育人是贯彻落实“三全育人”思想的具体化，其要求是“把组织建设与教育引领结合起来，强化高校各类组织的育人职责，增强工作活力、促进工作创新、扩大工作覆盖、提高辐射能力”，通过把思想政治教育融入到各项管理和活动中，最终促进学生全面发展［2］。组织育人为新时代高校建构大思政格局的新形式提供了新的探索方向，对于深化新时代高校立德树人内涵、推进“三全育人”综合改革具有重要意义。……
