基于ZigBee的加氢站环境监测系统的设计

摘 要:氢气具有易燃易爆性质,需要防火、防静电以及防泄漏,氢气在生产、运输和使用等环节都容易发生意外,尤其是加氢站频繁使用氢能更容易发生泄漏事故。本系统通过传感器实时采集加氢站的温湿度、烟雾、氢气和火焰情况,借助ZigBee无线网络将这些数据无线发送给协调器,然后通过串口动态显示温湿度值,当监测到烟雾、氢气泄漏或火焰异常时蜂鸣器报警,为提高加氢站安全性提供有效措施,具有低功耗、低成本、环境友好等优点。

Design of Environmental Monitoring System for Hydrogen Refueling Station Based on ZigBee

Abstract: Hydrogen has inflammable and explosive properties. It must be anti-fire, anti-static, and anti-leakage. Hydrogen is prone to accidents in the parts of production, transportation and use, especially the frequent use of hydrogen energy in hydrogen refueling stations is more prone to leakage accidents. The system collects the temperature and humidity, smoke, hydrogen and flame situation of the hydrogen refueling station through the sensor in real time, and sends these data wirelessly to the coordinator with the help of ZigBee wireless network, and then dynamically displays the temperature and humidity value through the serial port. The buzzers will alarm when the smoke, hydrogen leakage or flame anomaly are detected. The system provides effective measures to improve the safety of the hydrogen refueling station. It has the advantages of low power consumption, low cost and environmental friendliness.

0 引 言
自我国“3060”双碳目标提出以后,全球碳中和共识进一步达成,碳达峰、碳中和也成为社会各界关注的热点。在实现双碳目标的过程,发展绿色能源至关重要。氢能具有清洁、高效、安全及可持续发展等优点,是21世纪以来国际公认的最具有发展潜力的绿色能源之一[1]。氢燃料电池汽车的主要能源供给是氢气,具有绿色环保、能量转换效率高以及零碳排放等优点,受到世界各国强烈关注,全球燃料电池汽车逐步迈向商业化。我国也正在大力发展氢能。在国家政策大力扶持下,我国氢气年产量以及加氢站数量逐年增长。加氢站为燃料电池汽车及其他氢能利用装置提供氢气加注服务,是氢能产业化、商业化的重要基础设施。截至2022年8月15日,我国共建成加氢站260座,除去已经拆除的加氢站,目前运行的加氢站数量为248座。此外,国内已开建或进入招标阶段的加氢站数量达到76座,预计2022年底中国加氢站保有量有望突破300座[2]。……
