【摘要】目的：评价通窍鼻炎颗粒治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效与安全性。方法：计算机检索CNKI、万方、维普、Pubmed、Embase、Cochrane library、Medline数据库，检索内容为各数据库建库至2022年4月的关于通窍鼻炎颗粒治疗变应性鼻炎的临床研究，使用NoteExpress软件根据预先制定的纳入排除标准整理筛选文献，评价文献质量，提取相关数据信息，使用Revman 5.3软件进行Meta分析，得出结果，并进行讨论。结果：试验组在临床疗效、不良反应、血清炎性指标、鼻腔生理功能等几方面与对照组相比，差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论：通窍鼻炎颗粒可安全有效地治疗AR，但需要纳入更多大样本，高质量的 RCT研究来支持这一结论。

To collect the clinical research on the treatment of allergic rhinitis with Tongqiao Biyan Granule from the databases， the time is from the establishment of each database to April 2022. Using NoteExpress software to manage these studies， Screening literature according to the predetermined inclusion and exclusion criteria，evaluating the quality of each document，and extracting relevant data included in the literature. Statistical analyses were performed using RevMan 5.3 software （The Cochrane Collaboration）. We got the results and had a discussion. Results The difference between the experimental group and the control group was statistically significant in clinical efficacy， adverse reactions， the level of serum IgE and nasal physiological function. Conclusion Tongqiao Biyan Granule is effective and safe for allergic rhinitis， but more large samples and high-quality RCTs are needed to support this conclusion.

變应性鼻炎（allergic rhinitis，AR）是一种常见的过敏性疾病，是体外环境因素作用于机体导致的由IgE介导、Th2主导、肥大细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞及其他相关细胞参与完成的以打喷嚏、流鼻涕、鼻塞和鼻痒为主要特征的鼻黏膜免疫炎性疾病［1］，严重者可并发哮喘、结膜炎、中耳炎、鼻窦炎和鼻息肉等疾病。有研究［2］报道，40%的AR患者可合并支气管哮喘，鼻部症状存在的同时，还可伴咳嗽、喘息、胸闷等肺部症状。流行病学研究［3］显示，变应性鼻炎患病率高且呈上升趋势，全球约有10%～30%的人口受到影响。目前，西医治疗变应性鼻炎有避免接触过敏原、药物治疗、特异性免疫疗法、物理疗法等［4］，对于部分AR患者可缓解鼻部症状，但存在一定的不良反应、停药易复发等问题。……
