【摘 要】 文章回顾了近10年经方治疗变应性鼻炎的病例报道与临床观察类文献，统计出最常用的经方为麻黄细辛附子汤、小青龙汤、桂枝汤，以此三方为例，通过梳理其相关的古代文献及现代研究，总结其理论起源、历代应用扩展和现代诊疗进展，发掘经方对变应性鼻炎的治疗潜力，探讨经方辨治变应性鼻炎之机理，以期为中医药治疗变应性鼻炎方面提供借鉴。

Abstract：This paper reviews the case reports and clinical observation literature of the treatment of allergic rhinitis in the past 10 years， and statistics show that the most commonly used jingfang are ephedra fine spice soup， Xiaoqinglong soup， and Guizhi soup， taking the three parties as an example， by combing their relevant ancient literature and modern research， summarizing their theoretical origins， successive application extensions and modern diagnosis and treatment progress， exploring the therapeutic potential of Jingfang for allergic rhinitis， and exploring the mechanism of jingfang for the treatment of allergic rhinitis， in order to provide reference for the treatment of allergic rhinitis in modern Chinese medicine.

经方的最初是指汉代班固《汉书·艺文志·方技略》中记载的“经方十一家”这一类书籍，另一说法则是其专指张仲景《伤寒杂病论》里记载的方。后世又将这一含义扩展为经典之方。本文所用经方指仲景之方，经方虽始于《伤寒》但随着众多医家反复的臨床应用与实践，其方义不断扩展，使其在实际应用上，远远超过原文中限定的病证范畴。变应性鼻炎（allergic rhinitis， AR），又称过敏性鼻炎，是一种主要由IgE介导的鼻黏膜非感染性慢性炎性疾病，属于中医“鼻鼽”的范畴，目前经方广泛地应用于治疗变应性鼻炎， 并取得了让人瞩目的成绩。对于经方治疗变应性鼻炎的历史源流和现代医学研究进行梳理，可以系统认识经方治疗变应性鼻炎的理论与应用，从而为临床提供理论与实践指导［1-2］。

本文在中国知网数据库中检索，并经人工筛选排除，最后保留明确记载经方治疗变应性鼻炎的病例报道与临床观察类文献共63篇。……
