【摘 要】目前火针治疗在皮肤科疾病中的应用越来越广泛，并取得满意疗效，尤其火针联合治疗在瘙痒性皮肤病的治疗中独具优势，较单用火针疗效更佳。本文对火针在瘙痒性皮肤病的临床应用情况进行综述，归纳总结火针的中西医止痒机理，以期为临床治疗及相关研究提供参考与借鉴。

Clinical Application Progress of Fire Needle Combined Therapy in Pruritus Dermatosis

【Abstract】At present， fire needle therapy is more and more widely used in dermatological diseases， and has achieved satisfactory results. In particular， fire needle combined therapy has unique advantages in the treatment of pruritus dermatosis， which is better than fire needle alone. In this paper， the clinical application of fire needle in pruritus skin diseases is reviewed， and the antipruritic mechanism of fire needle in traditional Chinese and Western medicine is summarized in order to provide reference for clinical treatment and related research.

火针特色疗法历史悠久，在临床各科以及民间家庭医疗都有广泛的应用。火针疗法为将火针烧至很高温度后快速针刺相应穴位后迅速出针的针刺疗法，最早见于《黄帝内经》，当时命名为“大针”“燔针”，火针疗法被称为“焠刺法”，《伤寒论》中也记载了火针疗法。火针具备针灸及火之温热活血化瘀的双重功效，疗效显著，火针疗法因其“简、便、廉、验”的特点被广泛应用于临床多种疾病的治疗。火针疗法也被广泛用于皮肤病的治疗，中医认为，火针治疗皮肤病的机理是基于温经通络，化瘀止痛；活血祛风，透邪止痒；去腐生肌，排脓敛疮；温阳扶正，祛邪通络等功效[1-3]。瘙痒性皮肤病临床上以剧烈瘙痒以及反复发作为主要特点，患者反复搔抓，导致皮肤糜烂、继发感染等，严重影响患者的工作学习、心理、睡眠、生活质量等，给患者带来极大的痛苦。解除瘙痒带来的痛苦是瘙痒性皮肤病患者治疗的首要目标。目前治疗以口服抗组胺药以及外用激素软膏为主，虽有一定治疗效果，但病情易反复，患者依从性差，且糖皮质激素类软膏的长期外用可导致局部皮肤敏感、发红、毛细血管扩张、变薄甚至萎缩等。……
