【摘 要】目的 观察乳外微小切口乳腺良性实体肿瘤切除术的疗效及对术后乳房美容效果的影响。方法选取2021年6月-2022年6月我院收治的56例乳腺良性实体肿瘤患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各28例。对照组采用传统大切口，观察组采用乳外微小切口切除术，比较两组临床手术指标、并发症发生情况及乳房美容满意度评分。结果 观察组手术时间、手术切口、术中出血量、切口愈合时间均优于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组并发症总发生率为7.14%，低于对照组的17.86%（P<0.05）；观察组乳房外形、对称性、瘢痕满意度评分均高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 乳外微小切口乳腺良性实体肿瘤切除术可减小创伤程度，缩短手术时间，减少术中出血量，促进切口愈合，美容效果及患者满意度均较高，是一种安全有效的治疗方案，值得临床应用。

Clinical Study of Breast Benign Solid Tumor Resection with Extramammary Small Incision on Improving Postoperative Breast Cosmetic Effect

【Abstract】Objective To observe the curative effect of breast benign solid tumor resection with extramammary small incision and its influence on postoperative breast cosmetic effect. Methods A total of 56 patients with benign breast solid tumors admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method， with 28 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional large incision， and the observation group was treated with extramammary small incision. The clinical operation indexes， complications and breast cosmetic satisfaction scores were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time， surgical incision， intraoperative blood loss and incision healing time of the observation group were better than those of the control group （P<0.05）. The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 7.14%， which was lower than 17.86% in the control group （P<0.05）. The scores of breast shape， symmetry and scar satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion Breast benign solid tumor resection with extramammary small incision can reduce the degree of trauma， shorten the operation time， reduce the amount of bleeding during the operation， promote the healing of the incision， and the cosmetic effect and patient satisfaction are high. Meanwhile， it is a safe and effective treatment plan and is worthy of clinical application.

乳腺良性腫瘤（benign breast tumor）是临床常见疾病，多采用手术切除治疗[1]。临床常规采用原位大切口的良性乳腺实体肿瘤切除术，可完整切除肿瘤，但术后恢复慢，且乳腺美观效果差[2]。乳外微小切口是一种新型术式，可依据肿瘤位置，选择多种乳外切口，对患者创伤小[3]。目前该术式临床应用效果以及对提高术后乳房美容效果方面的影响无明确定论[4]。本研究结合2021年6月-2022年6月我院收治的56例乳腺良性实体肿瘤患者临床资料展开分析，观察乳外微小切口乳腺良性实体肿瘤切除术对提高术后乳房美容效果的影响，现报道如下。……
