摘  要：伴隨我国医疗技术的不断发展，各种各样先进的医疗器械被广泛应用于患者的诊疗之中，而医疗器械的频繁应用，也使得各类医疗器械出现故障的次数不断增多，这就需要对医疗器械进行维修。很多医院对医疗器械的维修中发生了许些问题，例如维修人员专业知识不足、维修人员主观能动性不强、维修资金支持不足、管理制度不完善等，该文对这些问题进行探讨，并有针对性地提出了一些改进措施，为解决医疗器械维修中的问题建言献策，以保障医院的医疗器械利用最大化。

Problems Existing in Medical Instrument Maintenance and Corresponding Measures

Abstract：With the continuous development of medical technology in China， a variety of advanced medical instruments have been widely used in the diagnosis and treatment of patients， and the frequent application of medical instruments also makes the number of failures of various medical instruments increase， which requires the maintenance of medical instruments.Many hospitals on the medical equipment maintenance， make some problems， such as maintenance personnel lack professional knowledge， maintenance personnel subjective initiative is not strong， maintenance funding is insufficient， the management system is imperfect etc.， in this paper， these problems are discussed， and puts forward some improvement measures， targeted to solve the problems in the medical equipment maintenance， to ensure the maximum use of medical equipment in the hospital.

我国医疗事业在不断发展与进步的同时，医疗设备种类逐渐繁多与先进，提高了临床诊断时的准确性与主治医师对于疾病观察的直观性，保障了我国民生健康与人民经济效益。医疗机构的不断发展与整体建设规划，均离不开对于医疗器械的管理与日常维护。医疗器械是医院治疗水平的保证也是医院固定资产的储备，在医院医疗设备的不断完善的同时，也要加强对于设备的维修与养护，但是目前对于设备的维修存在着一些实质性问题需要整改，以免对机械维修工作的开展带来不必要的麻烦。该文对于存在的问题进行刍议，旨在不断发展的条件下进一步维护好医疗器械，找出存在的问题，并探究应对措施。因此，该文特别对医疗器械维修方面存在的问题及应对措施进行详细综述。……
