摘 要：汽车发动机点火系统是指能够产生电火花的全部设备。目前，世界上所有汽车发动机内部的可燃混合气都是由电火花点燃。因此，点火系统对发动机工作性能有着重要的影响。本文以哈弗汽车点火系统为例，阐述了汽车点火系统的基本组成和常见故障，并列举三个案例分析点火系统的故障检测与维修，期望对哈佛汽车点火系统诊断与维修有所帮助。

Common Failures and Case Analysis of the Engine Ignition System of Haval

Abstract：Automobile engine ignition system refers to all equipment capable of generating electric sparks. At present， all combustible gas mixtures in automobile engines in the world are ignited by electric sparks. Therefore， the ignition system has an important influence on the performance of the engine. This article takes Haval automobile ignition system as an example， expounds the basic composition and common faults of automobile ignition system， and lists three cases to analyze the fault detection and maintenance of ignition system， hoping to help the diagnosis and maintenance of Harvard automobile ignition system.

1 汽车点火系统基本组成

汽车发动机点火系统是指：能够在火花塞两电极之间产生电火花的全部设备的总称[1-2]。点火系统的作用主要是：点燃发动机气缸内的可燃混合气。

一般，汽车发动机点火系统分为三类[3-4]：一是触点式（也称传统式点火系统）点火系统，由于触点式点火系统容易出现故障，目前已经淘汰。其组成如图1所示;二是电子点火系，电子点火系统与传统式点火系统不同的地方在于：初级线圈的通断由点火器根据信号发生器的信号来控制（传统点火系统有机械出点控制），以完成点火。由于电子点火系统故障率高，目前也被淘汰。其基本组成如图2所示;三是电控式点火系统。目前汽车广泛使用电控式点火系统。其组成如图3所示。

2 汽车发动机电控点火系统常见故障

随着科技的进步，目前广泛使用的电控式点火系统与传统的触点式点火系统相比，故障率已经大大降低。但是点火系统的使用频率较高，因此不免出现一些故障。……
