摘 要：职业教育肩负着培养多元化人才、传承各种技术技能、促进创业就业的重要使命，提高职业教育教学质量迫在眉睫。目前我国职业教育存在教师教学和科研两张皮的现象，本文以西安某高校为例，探讨如何改善教师教学和科研分离问题并提出改进措施。

Discussion on the Contradictions Between Scientific Research and Teaching of Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract：Vocational education shoulders the important mission of cultivating diversified talents， inheriting various technical skills and promoting entrepreneurship and employment， so it is urgent to improve the teaching quality of vocational education. At present， there is a phenomenon that teachers' teaching and research are divided into two parts in vocational education in our country. Taking a university in Xi 'an as an example， this paper discusses how to solve the problem of the separation between teachers' teaching and research and puts forward some improvement measures.

1 引言

2017年5月5日，习总书记在谈职业教育时提到：“新形势下，中华职业教育社要立足自身特点和优势，广泛联系和团结有志于职业教育的海内外各界人士，加强交流协作，积极建言献策，更好服务社会，不断为促进我国职业教育发展，为实现“两个一百年”奋斗目标、实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦作出新的更大的贡献。”足以看出总书记对职业院校教育的重要性。但是目前，在职业教育发展过程中，普遍存在职业院校教师教学和科研分割的现状[1-5]。

2 职业院校教师科研压力

造成职业院校教师科研的压力主要由以下3点：

（1）教师教学压力大，

根据某高校教师上课任务统计，目前职业院校教师的教学工作量普遍高于周12，甚至达到周20，在承担这樣的工作量的同时，教师还要参与学科建设等。此外，由于教学规模和教学发展存在偏差，导致职业院校教师身兼几门课程，需要花费大量的时间备课。

在提高教学质量方面，对职业院校的教师也带来了很大压力，因为要从课堂要效率，但是目前对职业院校的青年教师专门的培训体系……
