摘  要：在社会的发展过程中，高校的办学规模以及办学模式也发生了较大的变化，越来越多的大学开始采取开放式管理模式。而在汽车保有量不断增加的当今社会，高校的开放性也为高校带来了较多交通安全问题，该文首先对高校校园交通安全管理的现状和问题进行总结，然后再以此为基础，提出了高校交通安全管理的主要策略，旨在为今后高校交通安全管理提供借鉴。

Abstract： In the process of social development， the scale and mode of running colleges and universities have also changed greatly， and more and more universities begin to adopt open management mode. In today's society with increasing car ownership， the openness of colleges and universities has also brought more traffic safety problems to colleges and universities. This paper first summarizes the current situation and problems of campus traffic safety management. And then based on this， it puts forward the main strategies of traffic safety management in colleges and universities， in order to provide reference for traffic safety management in colleges and universities in the future.

高校是一个社会的缩影，其校内的交通安全管理问题也逐渐显现出来。周边交通秩序混乱、社会车辆借道、车辆乱停乱放等问题使高校科研秩序和教学秩序受到了严重干扰，高校师生人身财产安全受到了嚴重威胁。因此，提高高校交通安全管理水平具有重要意义。

1 高校交通安全管理现状和问题

（1）在大学校园开放性不断提高的过程中，校园内校外行人和车辆也逐渐增多。通过对当前高校交通管理方法进行分析可知，其主要可分为全开放式、半封闭式以及封闭式几个类型，在社会和高校不断融合的过程中，大多数高校管理逐渐向全开放式管理模式演变，在此过程中，会出现以下问题：①为了走捷径，部分社会车辆会从高校内部穿越;②校园周边居民为了便利会将高校当作免费停车场;③学校产研合作以及后勤等公务用车逐渐增加;④部分营运车辆会在校门周边载客、拉客和下客。……
