摘 要：随着市场行情的变化，制造型企业转型势在必行。中韩石化作为一家大型能源化工企业，借助合资契机通过智能工厂信息化规划，力争加强系统间集中应用、提升用户应用体验感和参与感、拓展新功能并满足集成和扩容需求、加深新技术的推广应用。工厂智能化改造方面的研究具有实践基础和行业内推广价值，是近期公司发展的重要项目。

Abstract： With the changes of market conditions， the transformation of manufacturing enterprises is imperative. As a large energy and chemical enterprise， Sino-Korea Petrochemical strives to strengthen the centralized application between systems， improve users' sense of application experience and participation， expand new functions， meet the needs of integration and expansion， and deepen the promotion and application of new technologies through the intelligent factory information planning through the opportunity of joint venture. The research on factory intelligent transformation has practical basis and promotion value in the industry. It is an important project for the development of the company in the near future.

1 智能工厂为石化行业助力

智能工厂是实现智能制造的企业层实践，包含对车间、生产线的智能化规划设计和改造升级。在传统工厂的基础上，智能工厂在信息物理系统和智能化软件的基础上定义技术，用软件形成的信息流自动消除复杂系统的不确定性，在给定的时间、目标场景下，能够完成自适应优化配置资源和高效、绿色、安全生产，是一种新型的制造范式。

伴随新技术手段不断涌现及应用水平不断提升，石化全产业链实现高新技术的运用，尤其在制造和服务等重点领域。信息化逐步趋向智能化，为传统企业转变成智能工厂提供了技术的可能性。

2 中韩石化智能工厂建设背景

位于长江之滨的中韩（武汉）石油化工有限公司（以下简称中韩石化）作为大型能源化工企业，生产线复杂、业务量庞大，现有的应用系统、IT架构和基础设施、安全策略与管控等信息化工作尚不能满足服务中韩石化进行智能工厂改造升级、增强市场竞争力的需求。……
