摘要：该文对管理信息系统建设中的进度管理进行研究，通过常用的方法及计划制订进行分析，提出了相应的措施，以提高进度管理的效果。只有这样，管理信息系统的效用才得以充分发挥，企业的经营管理工作也得以有序进行。这不仅对其以后的发展有专业重要的促进作用，还会对整个行业的发展水平造成重要的影响。

Research on Schedule Management in the Construction of Management Information System

Abstract： This paper studies the progress management in the construction of management information system， analyzes the common methods and plan formulation， and puts forward corresponding measures to improve the effect of progress management. Only in this way can the effectiveness of management information system be brought into full play and the operation and management of enterprises be carried out in an orderly manner. This will not only promote its future development， but also have an important impact on the development level of the whole industry.

1 管理信息系統建设中开展进度管理的常用方法

1.1 甘特图

甘特图也被称为横道图，其具体的表示形式十分简单，利用横轴代表时间、纵轴代表项目活动，而图中的线条则代表管理方案计划与实际的完成情况。通过对甘特图的分析，管理人员能够对每一项目活动的执行情况进行了解，有助于其对项目剩余时间进行估算，进而对建设方案进行针对性的调整[1]。然而，在实际的使用过程中，甘特图虽然能够对项目的时间、成本等信息进行反映，但其关注重点在时间约束这一方面，这使得甘特图对时间要求严格的项目具有较强的应用优势。为此，技术人员应当利用甘特图对整个项目的进度进行控制。首先，其需要根据项目建设方案对管理活动的内容进行确定。主要内容分为硬件平台搭建及团建系统设计两个部分[2]。其中，硬件平台搭建包括网络设备、安全设备等的硬件的融合使用，软件系统包括各类大数据平台与信用体系的建设。……
