摘要：建筑智能化系统应用了信息图像技术、电子信息技术、通信技术等先进技术，具有智能办公、智能报警、智能通信的功能。该文详细探讨了建筑智能化系統的发展现状与具体施工内容，并结合现实情况分析了影响系统施工质量的具体因素，比如人员因素、设备因素、技术因素等。同时，该文分析了控制建筑智能化系统施工质量的注意事项，并根据相关内容提出了管理建议，以供参考。

Research on Construction Quality Management of Building Intelligent System

Abstract： Building intelligent system applies advanced technologies such as information image technology， electronic information technology and communication technology， and has the functions of intelligent office， intelligent alarm and intelligent communication. This paper discusses the development status and specific construction content of building intelligent system in detail， and analyzes the specific factors affecting the system construction quality， such as personnel factors， equipment factors， technical factors and so on. At the same time， this paper analyzes the precautions for controlling the construction quality of building intelligent system， and puts forward management suggestions according to the relevant contents for reference.

1 建筑智能化系统施工概述

1.1 发展情况

在过去，建筑智能化系统又被称为弱电系统，包含了建筑系统、自动化办公系统、通信网络系统。这一系统最先起源于二十世纪八九十年代，发达国家借助计算机技术、通信技术、控制技术对建筑进行自动化控制，为该系统的发展指明了方向，奠定了基础。经过一段时间的发展，在20世纪90年代中末期涌现出了较多的“5A”建筑、“智能建筑”，解决了建筑智能系统内各子系统运转不稳定的问题，进一步减少了智能建筑的安全隐患。

1.2 系统施工内容

建筑智能化系统施工主要包括以下内容：（1）自动通信系统的施工。自动通信系统是智能建筑正常运转的保障，具有实时传输建筑数据、信息通信的功能。自动通信系统的施工涉及到无线电系统施工、互联网系统施工与网络平台信息安全管理。（2）精准捕捉误差系统的施工。智能建筑能否正常运行取决于系统内信息传递情况。……
