摘要：地理国情是空间化、可视化的国情信息，它既来源于地理信息，同时也是对地理信息的扩展。该文选取江苏省镇江新区为案例，根据2021年地理国情监测的内容和要求，分析了该轮地理国情监测生产中的重点与难点，总结了第三次全国国土调查成果在2021年地理国情监测中应用的注意事项与技术要求，以为后续其他地区的监测生产提供参考与借鉴。

Brief Discussion on the Application of the Third National Land Survey Results in Geographical National Condition Monitoring

Abstract：Geographical national condition is spatial and visual national condition information. It not only comes from geographical information， but also expands geographical information. This paper selects Zhenjiang New Area of Jiangsu Province as a case， analyzes the key points and difficulties in the current round of geographical national condition monitoring production according to the contents and requirements of geographical national condition monitoring in 2021， and summarizes the precautions and technical requirements for the application of the third national land survey results in geographical national condition monitoring in 2021， so as to provide reference for the monitoring production in other areas.

围绕自然资源部“两统一”职责履行，保证地理国情监测数据的现势性，在自然资源统一调查监测评价框架下，根据《自然资源部办公厅关于开展2021年自然资源监测工作的通知》（自然资办发〔2021〕38号）和自然资源部办公厅《2021年全国地理国情监测实施方案和技术规定》（自然资办函〔2021〕1087号），江苏省自然资源厅组织开展2021年江苏省地理国情监测项目[1]。

在自然资源调查监测体系中，第三次全国国土调查（以下简称“三调”）属于基础调查，作为一项重大的国情国力调查，目的是在第二次全国土地调查成果基础上，全面细化和完善全国国土基础数据，掌握翔实准确的全国国土资源现状和变化情况，进一步完善国土调查、监测和统计制度，实现成果信息化管理与共享，满足生态文明建设、空间规划编制、宏观调控、自然资源管理体制改革和统一确权登记、国土空间用途管制等各项工作的需要[2]。其成果数据覆盖面广，时效性好，准确性高，是地理国情监测的重要参考数据[3]。……
