人参及其有效成分对骨性关节炎作用的研究

摘要：人参是一种名贵的中药材，其活性成分主要有人参皂苷和人参多糖等，对神经、心血管和免疫等系统疾病均有一定的疗效，同时其对骨关节疾病的治疗作用也受到广泛关注。骨性关节炎是一种严重影响中老年人生活的退行性疾病。人参皂苷具有抗氧化应激、抑制IL-1、TNF-等炎症因子、减缓软骨细胞凋亡、抑制活性氧的堆积和缓解关节软骨的损伤等方面的作用，对骨性关节炎起到一定的治疗作用。人参多糖能明显促进OA状态下软骨细胞糖胺多糖的合成，对骨性关节炎起到缓解的作用。人参的复方在骨性关节炎临床治疗中起到了良好的疗效。本文主要对人参及其活性成分在骨性关节炎中作用的研究进行阐述。

Research Progress on Effects of Ginseng and Its Effective Components on Osteoarthritis

Abstract:Ginseng is a valuable Chinese Medicinal Material.Its active ingredients are mainly ginsenosides，ginseng polysaccharides，etc.，which have certain curative effects on neurological，cardiovascular，immune and other system diseases.At the same time，its therapeutic effects on bone and joint diseases have also received widespread attention.Osteoarthritis is a degenerative disease that seriously affects the lives of middle-aged and elderly people.With the deepening of research on the active ingredients of ginseng，its main ingredients are ginsenosides and ginseng polysaccharides.Ginsenosides have anti-oxidative stress，inhibit IL-1，TNF-and other inflammatory factors，slow down chondrocyte apoptosis，inhibit the accumulation of reactive oxygen species，alleviate articular cartilage damage，etc.，and play a certain role in osteoarthritis therapeutic effect.Ginseng polysaccharide can obviously promote the synthesis of glycosaminoglycan in chondrocytes under OA state and play a role in relieving osteoarthritis.The compound of ginseng has played a good effect in clinical treatment.This study mainly elaborates the research on the role of ginseng and its active ingredients in osteoarthritis.
