摘  要：红色文化资源蕴含着中华民族最根本的精神基因，延续了中华民族最纯正的精神血脉，是高校爱国主义教育的优质教育资源和鲜活教材。爱国主义是一个国家、民族发展的核心精神和重要动力，也是新时代背景下社会主义核心价值体系建设的重点内容。充分发挥本土红色文化资源优势，让红色资源成为开展党史学习教育的生动教材和鲜活素材，对于丰富高校爱国主义教育内容、创新爱国主义教育的途径和方式、提高爱国主义教育的实效性，具有超越时空的強大吸引力和感染力。

Abstract： Red cultural resources contain the most fundamental spiritual gene of the Chinese nation and continue the purest spiritual blood of the Chinese nation. It is a high-quality educational resource and fresh teaching material for patriotism education in Colleges and universities. Patriotism is the core spirit and important driving force of the development of a country and a nation， and it is also the key content of the construction of the socialist core value system in the new era. In patriotism education， we give full play to the advantages of local red cultural resources， and make red resources into vivid teaching materials and fresh materials for the study and education of Party history. These have strong appeal and appeal beyond time and space for enriching the content of patriotism education in colleges and universities， innovating the ways and means of patriotism education， and improving the effectiveness of patriotism education.

党的十八大以来，以习近平同志为核心的党中央高度重视党史学习，强调历史是最好的教科书，中国革命历史是最好的营养剂，习总书记在多个场合反复强调学习党史的重要性，多次强调“要把红色资源利用好、把红色传统发扬好、把红色基因传承好”[1]。2018年3月，习近平总书记参加十三届全国人大一次会议山东代表团审议时发表重要讲话，强调：“红色基因就是要传承。中华民族从站起来、富起来到强起来，经历了多少坎坷，创造了多少奇迹，要让后代牢记，我们要不忘初心，永远不可迷失了方向和道路。”当前，中国特色社会主义进入新时代，中华民族伟大复兴正处于关键时期，新时代的历史使命给大学生爱国主义教育提出了新要求，带来了新机遇。……
